Mr. Narinder Singh Sethi, is the Founder & CEO of Synapsis Automation Pvt Ltd. He was born in Srinagar, Kashmir and completed his early education from there. He has over 20 years of experience in Engineering, Project Management and Leadership roles. He earned Bachelor of Technology (Honours) from the National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar, a recepient of many awards for academic excellence and research. Subsequently he earned Executive Master of Business Administration from Symbiosis Center of Management & Human Resources Development, Pune followed by Master of Finance from Saint Mary’s University, Halifax, Canada, on a full merit scholarship. A Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Six Sigma Green Belt certified. He has led multi-million-dollar automation mega projects in Oil & Gas, Bio-Pharmaceutical, Mining & Metal Production at Bharat Aluminium Company Limited, Reliance Life Sciences, Honeywell, Emerson, and Hitachi Japan. He is a certified Engineer in Honeywell EPKS DCS platform and recipient of several award from his past organizations for performance & leadership.

Mr. Surinder Singh Sethi is the Director (Admin) of Synapsis Automation Pvt Ltd. He has decades of experience in business environment of Jammu and Kashmir and also served as President of Kashmir Printers Association. A subject matter expert in Printing Technology.
